Top of Page   Returns and Exchanges We will refund any item not installed, damaged, in resaleable condition, and purchased within 30 days (No Return on Electrical items) of the return request if it meets the following conditions: A return goods authorization (RGA) must be issued by us.  To request a RGA please email us at admin@volvochrome.com or phone 800-820-6032 with the reason you are requesting a refund. A copy of the original invoice must accompany the items. The original packaging must be returned and reusable. Freight must be prepaid back to the original shipping point. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made the mistake. Used or incomplete merchandise cannot be accepted, since we only sell new merchandise.
