We will refund any item not installed, damaged, in resaleable condition, and purchased within 30 days (No Return on Electrical items) of the return request if it meets the following conditions:
- A return goods authorization (RGA) must be issued by us. To request a RGA please email us at admin@volvochrome.com or phone 800-820-6032 with the reason you are requesting a refund.
- A copy of the original invoice must accompany the items.
- The original packaging must be returned and reusable.
- Freight must be prepaid back to the original shipping point. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made the mistake.
- Used or incomplete merchandise cannot be accepted, since we only sell new merchandise.
